SMS Forwarder - Privacy policy
GD&S (hereinafter referred to as the developer) establishes and discloses the following personal information processing policy to protect users' personal information and to quickly and smoothly handle related complaints.
Article 1 (Purpose of processing personal information)
The developer processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information being processed will not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, measures such as obtaining separate consent will be taken.
1. The developer uses personal information only for the purpose of app functionality (caller ID indicator).
Article 2 (Processing and retention period of personal information)
1. The developer processes personal information after the app is installed and until uninstalled.
2. Developers access personal information only when it is necessary for the app's functions, and it is not stored on servers inside or outside the app.
Article 3 (Provision of personal information to third parties)
1. The developer does not provide personal information to third parties.
Article 4 (Entrustment of personal information processing)
1. The developer does not entrust the processing of personal information.
Article 5 (Rights, obligations and exercise methods of users and legal representatives)
1. If the user does not want the developer to process the user's personal information, the user can immediately uninstall the app.
2. The app can be uninstalled directly from the user's device.
Article 6 (Personal information items processed)
1. Phone number - For dual SIM users, this will be used to select the phone number to use the app's features.
Article 7 (Personal information collection method)
1. The developer does not collect personal information.
Article 8 (Installation, operation and refusal of automatic personal information collection devices)
1. Since the developer does not collect personal information, it does not install or operate automatic collection devices.
Article 9 (Destruction and method of personal information)
1. If the user removes “SMS Forwarder” the developer will not be able to access personal information and all information will be destroyed.
Article 10 (Measures to ensure the stability of personal information)
1. Developers access personal information only when it is needed during app functions and it is not stored on servers inside or outside the app.
